- Contract Servicing
If you would like us to provide ongoing servicing support for your clinic, we can tailor a service agreement to suit your specific needs. Prices start at £150 per month and include discounts for multiple devices.
Contract servicing plans include 2 services per year, access to 24-hour telephone support, rapid response call-outs, and priority to engineer schedules. It’s a service that aims to provide total peace of mind and includes complete system cover with no call-out fees, and no unexpected bills for repairs or faulty parts.
Our refurbishment services aim to restore your broken or faulty handpiece to its original condition – often at a fraction of the cost of buying a new one. We understand that handpieces are a vital part of any laser clinic, and our team of engineers have the knowledge and experience to carry out even the most complex repairs. Alternatively, it may be possible for us to purchase the handpiece from you. We will also provide you with a replacement device while yours is with us for repair.
A system service is included with all handpiece refurbishments to replace tubing, clear any algae build-up in the water and cooling components, and replace the de-ionised filter.
