Mayfair Aesthetics

London’s Mayfair Aesthetics goes from strength to strength with support from Laseraid.

London-based multi-award-winning aesthetics business, Mayfair Aesthetics Laser & Skin Clinics, has agreed a training and service contract with Laseraid, the UK’s ‘one-stop-shop’ for aesthetic laser devices and support services for independent clinics.

Having been failed by its previous service provider, Laseraid came to Mayfair Aesthetics’ rescue with laser device support from its manufacturer-trained laser engineers, as well as handpiece refurbishment.

As well as laser hair removal, Mayfair Aesthetics’ expert team also provides a range of anti-ageing, non-surgical treatments including IPL skin rejuvenation, muscle relaxing micro injections, dermal fillers, Dermapen and mesotherapy.

Mayfair Aesthetics was founded in 2016 by entrepreneurs Matthew Rundle and Luz McSheery whose mission is to provide the highest quality aesthetic treatments and service to clients. In the last six years, Mayfair Aesthetics has helped over 10,000 customers and won 11 industry awards.

Mayfair Aesthetics now employs a team 25 people across its four sites, including doctors and specialist practitioners. With expansion to other locations on the horizon, Mayfair Aesthetics plans to secure cutting-edge laser systems for its new clinics using Laseraid’s popular all-inclusive subscription offer.

Matthew Rundle, managing director, said: “We depend on our laser machines to deliver a consistent and quality service for our clients, downtime is not an option for our reputation or our revenue. Our previous service partner let us down badly and it was such a relief to get Laseraid on board. We are getting a much better service than with the previous company and Laseraid are cheaper too so it’s a win-win.

“With a nationwide network of support, the Laseraid engineers are based a lot closer to our locations and, as a result, we have had much quicker visits when we have had a technical issue. We also use Laseraid for manufacturer training for laser specialists joining our company, which we follow up with an intensive training and induction programme of our own. Technical support, repairs and training have all been excellent.”

Tom Acland, CEO of Laseraid International, comments: “Matthew and Luz clearly have a successful business model with an excellent reputation and we are thrilled that Laseraid is working with them and can support them in the future as they plan their expansion of services and sites. Our flexible model is ideal for a fast-growing business like Mayfair Aesthetics as it expands to new locations and adds more treatments.

“The clinic group’s success is testament not only to their clear vision and hard work, but also shows the huge potential offered by this growing sector as more and more people look for high quality laser treatments from reputable and highly trained professionals.”

In recent years, the use of lasers by clinics, doctors and dermatology specialists has boomed as technology has become available to assist with a wide range of treatments including laser hair removal, tattoo removal, skin rejuvenation, fat freezing, body contouring and facial treatments.

In response to this demand, Laseraid, a market leader in aesthetic laser provision in Australia, has brought its services to the UK. It provides state-of-the-art, premium branded aesthetic laser equipment, including an all-inclusive subscription model or sales options, as well as training and dependable servicing to clinic owners and operators nationwide.
